Shipping policy

 

Shipping, Pick-Up, and Delivery

Standard shipping is free with orders $49 or more. Shipping for other orders is $6.99. 

Sahaj will be at the Ypsilanti Depot Town Farmer's Market from 9-1 or the Plymouth Farmer's Market from 8-12 each Saturday from May 4th through October 26th. Free Pick-up of orders is available for either of these markets, see dates and options at checkout.

We also offer free delivery within a 5mi radius of Plymouth, MI.

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order. Should there be a delay for any reason, we will contact you.

 

Returns & Refunds Process

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

To start a return, you can contact us at sahajsolutionsllc@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 45888 Turtlehead Dr, Plymouth, MI 48170

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

In the event that your order arrives damaged or defective in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sahajsolutionsllc@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
